Our Scottish fascinators are designed especially for The Larkin Tea Company by a milliner in County of Moray, which sits in the shadows of the Grampian Mountains. Each one is a one-of-a-kind created from the finest Scottish tartan or tweed adorned with jaunty pheasant and duck feathers.
