Oolong is also known as partially or semi-fermented tea. It has some of the qualities of both black and green teas. Oolongs are beautiful, full-bodied teas with a fragrant flavor and fruity, sweet aroma. Most come from China and Formosa (Taiwan), where the finest varieties are still handmade following the traditional manufacturing process.

Oolong or Wulong - What's the difference?

There is some confusion about the spelling of oolong tea. Some prefer oolong tea while others prefer wulong tea. They both refer to the exact same type of tea.
