Throughout a large portion of the India and the Middle East, “Chai” is simply what people call tea. A tea house favorite, this spicy Indian blend is no less popular here. And with a blend of cardamom, cinnamon, clove, & vanilla it’s easy to see why. Brew for 10 minutes with equal parts milk and water and 1 teaspoon of tea for every 8 ounces of liquid. Be careful to brew at a medium temperature otherwise the milk may burn. After brewing, strain into a pot or cup and sweeten as desired.
