Ti Kuan Yin

Description

This Oolong from the Anxi region of Fujian, China represents the high-end of the traditional Ti Kuan Yin teas.  The dark emerald green leaves that are 40% oxidized are tightly wound and unfurl upon brewing , imparting a smooth body and sweet finish.  Can be infused 4 to 6 times!  Legend tells of a poor farmer who always found the time to take care of a shrine of Guan Yin, who rewarded his efforts with a gift of a special tea bush which ultimately made him and his neighbors very wealthy.
