Cocoa tea is a rich tasting yet relaxing beverage for a cold winter evening. Prep time for this tasty drink is less than 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite snack.
Ingredients:
½ cup water
3 green cardamom pods
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
3 teaspoons black tea leaves
¾ cup milk
Sugar to taste
Method:
Put water in a pan. Add the cardamom pods and boil for one minute.
Add cocoa powder and bring back to the boil.
Add tea leaves and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Now add the milk and simmer for 2 minutes.
Strain the tea, add sugar, and mix well.
Serve immediately.
